Barely IPA |
Type: Extract | Date: 7/26/1997 |
Batch Size: 5.00 gal | Brewer: Brian Smith |
Boil Size: 3.98 gal | Asst Brewer: |
Boil Time: 45 min | Equipment: Brew Pot (5 Gallon) |
Taste Rating(out of 50): 45.0 | Brewhouse Efficiency: - |
Taste Notes: Clear, head stays until the end, and is very smooth. Hops come through as expected (thankfully, or it'd be too sweet). Only bummer is the low alcohol...different yeast next time. |
