Been Too Long IPA

Type: Extract

Date: 10/17/2003

Batch Size: 5.00 gal

Brewer: Brian Smith
Boil Size: 3.98 galAsst Brewer:
Boil Time: 45 min Equipment: Brew Pot (5 Gallon)
Taste Rating(out of 50): 40.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: -
Taste Notes: Nice, white head that lasts to the end of the glass, BIG hops that last as well, just what you want in a great IPA. I think if I did it again, I'd use less alpha or more malt.
