Brewer: Brian Smith
Boil Size: 3.98 galAsst Brewer:
Boil Time: 45 min Equipment: Brew Pot (5 Gallon)
Taste Rating(out of 50): 42.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: -
Taste Notes: Turned out to be a pretty good porter. Smooth and clear with a bit of a bite at the finish. Yeast size of the package changed to twice as big, so only one package...they must have also changed the yeast itself, because it blew the top off and Nottingha
