Notes

Lost approximately 1 gal due to leak in mash tun. This resulted in lower OG that estimated. Also required more water for sparge to get desired boil volume.

Good taste. Very similar to original by Henry Weinhard's formula. I am sure that if I had been able to obtain full wort from my mash tun that the alcohol content and flavor would have been even more rich and desirable. Must try again when mash tun no longer leaks.
