Strike water calculation

I've always been suspect of BS2 strike water calculator because I don't know what it uses as the pre-strike grain temp.  Is this set somewhere?

Yes, YOU set the grain temperature initially in the equipment profile and then you can update it to account for known conditions on the 'mash' tab when you go to brew a recipe.

I didn't see it under the Equipment profile, but I found it under the Mash Profile.

That's right, in the mash profile.  Sorry 'bout that.  I keep having to remind myself that memory is the second thing to go...
