Brew Sheet - remove/amend bottling

How do I remove/amend carbonation and bottling from the brew sheet? I am in the UK and do not normally prime (using cane sugar) to conditition my draught beer. I cannot see anything in the edit functions - maybe I am missing something.

Hi,
  You can make a custom brewsheet - there is one under the C:\Program Files\BeerSmith\Templates directory that you could make a copy of and edit if desired.

  Alternately just make the selection "kegged".
