Add-ons cause program to hang when internet offline

Platform: WinXP SP3
BeerSmith Version: 2.0.37

I use a dial on demand internet, and whenever I clicked on the "Add" button within the Add-ons dialog when NOT connected to the internet, the program just freezes and stops responding.
