Title: dead space in mash tun

ive just built a 15 gallon BIAB electric RIMS system. im trying to create an equipment profile in beersmith 2. it asks about "deadspace that is unrecoverable below filter" does this mean the space underneath the basket that holds the grain OR the space under the faucet that will be drained when the faucet is opened?
