Title: Water Price Update Not Linked

There appears to be a broken link between the recipe water price and the water database. When the price is changed in the database and the update prices button is used, the recipe water price doesn't change.

I may have missed that one - sorry.  I'll go back and add it when I push the next set of fixes.
