Title: Adding hops

When the recipe says to add hops at 0 min. does that mean to add the hops at the end of the boil and leave it in the wort while it is being cooled down and then remove it (I use a hop bag) before transferring it into the primary? I also do a first wort hops when I brew (all grain). Would using both methods on the same batch of brew cause the beer to have a super high IBU?   Thanks Cowboy Up!!   :)

Yes.  It is also described as adding hops at "flame-out" and these hops get removed like any others used for bittering or flavor additions.  But, since they don't get boiled much at all, they impart little to no bittering impact, and mostly just aroma.  BSmith does the math and tracks the total IBUs.
