I am probably doing something wrong, but I went into Grain, pale malt (2 row) US and changed the price per pound. Then I looked at a recipe that called for pale malt and the price was still $1.25.
Are the recipe ingredients actually pointing to the grain data base( and hops, etc.), or are all of the values copied from these data bases when the recipe is entered?
Just curious
Thanks
Pete

Pete,
When you enter into a recipe it makes a complete copy of the item. This allows you to exchange recipes, modify alphas for hops, etc...without losing data.
Cheers,
Brad
