my Recipe calls for 4 days in primary . but my yeast is still working do i still put it in the secondary??

I personally wait till there is more than a minute between airlock bubbles before transfering. You can wait even longer and be just fine.
I prefer not to disturb the yeast when they are doing there thing. ;)

For most beers there is no rush to getting the beer off the yeast cake. If this is a simple beer let it stay in the primary and bottle from there. 3 or 4 weeks won't hurt it. Secondary is not necessary for most beers.

Don't rush it. Allow time for the yeast to fully ferment all sugars, and then to clean up after themselves.
The beer will only get better and more clear over the next 3-4 weeks.
