Can I please ask if anyone is using the Best Acidulated malt in BS3?
If so, what acid concentration (%) do you have set?
I was using Gladfield sour grapes, set to 2% and getting very good results. My LHBS has recently changed to BestMalz acidulated and I have missed my pH now the last three times. I have a good pH meter and my own water measurements, which have been working for quite a while with BS3.
It is possible that the water has changed (town water), but it would be an odd coincidence that this changed at the exact same time as my acidulated malt
