Serious Inventory Bug - Removing Recipe Items

I have encountered a serious bug in Inventory Management.

Action: Removing recipe ingredients from inventory
Situation:
- One or more items not in inventory, causing pop-up "Items not found...do you want to continue?"
- User selects Cancel
- (some) items are removed from inventory anyway.
Context:
- Only seems to happen when there is a duplicate item in the recipe (usually the same hop)
- Removes from inventory some or all instances of that item.

Also, another less-serious bug:  Same situation, if you hit "Cancel", the next time you go to remove inventory for that recipe the system warns that you have already recently removed inventory, which is not accurate.

  It should cancel if you cancel it out but I'll put this on my bug list to resolve for the next release.
