double concentrated worts

I was wondering if there is a way in beersmith to do a double concentrated wort?  Let me explain.  I would like to do a double batch of beer but I don't have the kettle space for 11 gallons to boil down.  I wanted to do a concentrated wort with 7 gallons of preboil wort and boiling that down to 6 gallons, splitting 3 gallons to each fermentor and topping up with the additional 2 gallons to achieve 5 gallons final volume.  Anyone know if this can be done?  This is all grain, too.  Thanks.

Easy.
Just take your OG and IBU, and multiply by 5/3, use those figures to create a 6g batch.
E.g., if you want a 1.050 beer, make it 1.083; if you want 40 IBU's, make it 67.
