A question: Partial Extract - Partial Boil Volume and Estimated PBG

Ever since I started using Beer Smith a couple years ago, I have been frustrated with something: although I do a partial boil and compensate for gravity by adding only half of my malt extract pre-boil (with the rest just before flame-out), the software always gives me a high estimated PBG, as if I had added all the extract at the beginning of the boil. Is there any way to tell the software how much of my total grain bill I have added at the beginning?

As of now, it's a known bug that Brad said he will address in future updates.

It also effects sugar additions made to the fermenter.

However, to reliably predict post boil, full volume gravity, and program has to look at all fermentables as a combined source, somewhere. BeerSmith happens to make this prediction from the pre-boil time point.
