pin lock conversion

Can a Cornelius keg be converted from pin lock to ball lock or I shouldn't bother

Yes they can.  Pretty easily.  Check out cornykeg.com.  The decision to convert you can base on keeping things universal.  If I had more of one than the other I would change over so you don't have to go looking all the time to match up and/or change out connectors

They can, but beware, some of the conversion fittings are made out of aluminum, not stainless steel, so you can't use Star San sanitizer to clean them when switching connectors or sanitizing the corny.
