Hi all,

Should I crunch torrified wheat before mashing it?
The reason I am asking this is the fact that I crunched my torrified wheat (10% of the grain bill), my mash got rather thick (grain to malt ratio 2.8 L/kg)l and my mash pump had problems. I changed the ratio to 3.3 and everything is working well until now.

Regards,
