Hi,

adding sugar for carbonation when bottling will increase the ABV a bit, but in my recipes it doesn't. I've set the Carbonation to Table Sugar/Bottle but I not how much anywhere. What could I have done wrong?

Bottling sugar adds a negligible amount of alcohol. Typically less than 0.5%. For those that wish to be very, very precise, adding that abv amount the total is acceptable.

Bottling sugar dosing of 4 to 5 oz (115 to 140 gm) adds 1.002 to the starting gravity. This is pretty much within the margin of error that happens in homebrewing.

Ok, then it works as expiated....thanks! (even if I think that 0.5% is not negligible )
