Reciepe for Killians

B

Blevebeer

Does anyone have a good extract reciepe for Killians Irish Red? I have tried a couple and it is not close to Killians at all.

It's a lager so American lager yeast, Morovian III pilsner (so use Weyerman I guess) and a little medium crystal for color, maybe 1oz roasted barley. Mash low and long for a dry finish. I bet they use domestic Saaz for about 18 IBU's, but even if that's completely wrong it'll be a good, dry amber lager.
If you want an Irish Red, you're barking up the wrong tree!
