I'm looking to use a 10 gallon pot and mash tun for a 5 gallon batch. The problem I keep running in to is for the batch sparge steps it still wants to split up the batch sparge in to 3 steps no matter the size of recipe.

For example the latest recipe I'm brewing is a 5 gallon and the batch sparge sizes are: 4 gallons for the initial sparge followed by 2 steps of 0.58 & 4.09 respectively.

What can I do to tell Beersmith to combine the last 2 steps into 1?

In the mash profile check 'drain mash tun before sparging' and adjust the percent full setting above that for your tun
