I've been using Fermcap-S for a bit.  Great stuff, but it's not really designed for use with unfiltered beer.  Are any of you using Fermcap NT?  The guys at the LHBSs in my area look at me with a blank stare whenever I ask about it, so if you have an online source for it in something smaller the a 25kg jug I'd sure like to know what it is.  Thanks.
