beer more clear with swing top
« on: May 18, 2014, 05:32:38 AM »
Hi guys,

So I am currently drinking a nice ipa that I made and it has a nice unfiltered haze from the dry hopping.
Most of my bottles are standard crown cap bottles but last night I opened and poured one of the swing top bottles and it was noticeably clearer than the crown cap bottles.
It had the same carb level as the others and tasted just the same. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this or if you know why this is?

all I can think is that maybe pouring the beer out of the different bottles may have stirred up the yeast in the bottom of those  bottles differently. I never drink the yeast in the bottom of the bottle.
brewing is an art form not just a science ,dude where's my beer!
