Desktop software owners - Use on mobile app?

I did a search first, but did not find an answer so I'm hoping you guys can help.  What I would like to know is do I have to also purchase the app ($7.99) if I want to use B.S. on my tablets or can I use my confirmation code from when I purchased the desktop version? I read when I first downloaded the desktop version that I could load it on two PCs. 
I have an android tablet and an iPhone 4.  The priority is the tablet so when I'm brewing I can load recipes, use timers, check references, etc.

I don't think so. Even if you purchase the mobile app additionally, I don't know if they even work together...

Ok, Thank you.  I hope if I do purchase the mobile app, my profile with all of my recipes are there.

Same OS gets you up to two installs. I.e. Desktop PC at home and one at work and you are good with one license

Android tablet and iPhone means two different purchases

PC and any mobile device means two different purchases
