Hop Gobblin' - inspired by Hobgobblin, but in no way a clone. Strong old ale, worth waiting a few months for, or jack it up into a barleywine.
Daddy T's ESB - easy-drinking "beer" beer. Hoppy nose, not too bitter, medium-dry finish.
Scottish Stoat - bigger stout with toasted oatmeal, low-temp Scottish yeast fermentation. Perfect for a fall campfire. (Put peat in and I will hunt you down!

By the way, I have a Belgian Pale with Brett, and all you can taste is nasty, sour Brett. Put about 50ml of that in a pint of the Hopgobblin' - Fantastic.
