Question Concerning Beersmith

Hey, I have read beersmith's manuel and have not found what I am looking for. 

I have just gotten a new computer and am wanting to see my old one.  I have already installed Beersmith on my new system and am now trying to move my reciepes over to the new computer.  I have been trying to find a way to transfer all of my recipes over without having to reenter every one of them.  Is there a way to transfer reciepes inside of beersmith?

under file got export function aand save to disc and then import the file into your new version.
