Confirm deletion of recipes

I've several times (half in the bag, of course) thought I was deleting items from my cloud but accidentally deleted from my local hard drive.  At least one such time I realized what I was doing just after I hit "delete".  Had there been a confirmation asking if I was sure, it would have prevented that recipe from being deleted.

I have asked for some way to know where the recipe is located. For instance if you open a recipe from the recipe folder then open another one with the same name from the brew log folder it won't take long to forget which tab is from which folder.

At least with windows explorer and many websites there is a crumb trail

Often times I end up closing everything and starting over so I don't edit/delete the wrong one
