Item removed from inventory shows up in shopping cart

Hi all,

I added 70 lbs of 2-Row to my inventory.  Selected to "remove from inventory" for 2 recipes totaling 25lbs of 2-Row, my inventory did deduct, however when I built my shopping list the same 25 lbs shows up there to buy

What gives

The shopping cart shows needed, what's in inventory and amount to purchase
