Orange Peel /Coriander question

I have what my be a dumb question but I'm asking anyway - I'm brewing a Wit with Coriander and Orange Peel. Should they go right into the wort or should they be in grain bags?

I through mine right into the wort, but it doesn't really matter.  You can put them into grain bags, if you want.

I agree, throw 'em right in! 

I made a blood orange Hefe a few months ago.  I "Seeped" all of the oranges in bags while boiling the wort, and then allowed it to cool to room temp.  At that point, I just threw all of the liquid (which wasn't much) and the entire bag into the fermenter.  It was outstanding.
