Dealing with opening and reusing large sachets of DRY Yeast

Where I live I'm only able to get large sachets/bags of dry yeast, 500 grams or more.
I've always used liquid yeast in the past for one so I'm new all together to dry yeast.

Is there a proper way for handling larger bags of yeast along with storage between beers?
