Occasionally on a restart of BeerSmith2 (Mac OSX 10.7.5) new recipes, or changes to existing recipes, are not saved. It appears to be related to a message which comes up on startup stating "deleted stale lock file /users/XX/beersmith2-XX". I can't seem to force a save before I exit or save the recipe manually to get it to retain changes. Any thoughts?
