adding custom ingredients from my cloud recipe

I created a recipe with custom ingredients on my work laptop and saved it to my cloud. When I open the recipe on my home laptop, how do I add the custom ingredients (without manually entering them) to my database?
 
In the recipe view tab, highlight the ingredient, then click "Save Item" found in the far right hand column, under the glass.
