GETTING NEW YEAST STRAINS ADDED TO LIST
« on: August 15, 2014, 07:36:35 AM »
Ran across a new (to me) yeast manufacturer, Omega. Located in Chicago IL
Purchased their DIPA Ale (OYL-052)
It is a high tolerance yeast used for Double IPA's.
Going to give it a shot with a make up recipe

Let you know how it turns out.
