This is my first recipe on beersmith and also my first all grain attempt .
I will be using a 15 gal aluminum bayou classic kettle and burner , also my first outside brew .
Any feedback the recipe especially the strike water temps and volumes would be greatly appreciated , I've included attachment with recipe and equipment and mash profiles thanks
    Cheers  Jeff B

my suggestion is to slightly overshoot your strike temps if anything, then stir the mash to bring it down to where you want it.  if you fall short, it looks like you can just put the kettle on heat - i mash in a cooler so i have to add hot water to bring up the mash temp.
