Starter (stir plate)

As I am new to this software, I am having trouble figuring how to ensure my beer design shows that I am using a starter as it currently shows a little yellow bubble by the Est Final Gravity as I know one smack pack doesn't contain the required cells.  I did complete the "starter" tab but its not changing anything in the main design (recipe) as it still thinks it must need more cells.  I'm not sure if my question is coming across correctly because I am probably way in over my head, but its fun

Nevermind, I think I am a dumb a@@.  It did change it...just not by much

In the design tab.click on the starter button and tell the recipe that you arre using a stir plate, by putting a check mark in the box.
