Setting up an Alaskan Amber clone and see that the BYO recipe calls for light crystal malt. I cannot find this in Beersmith, do I just use Crystal 40L specs or is it in there and I just can't see it?

Since the article is very non-specific about the crystal malts being used, I would probably default to Simpson's Light Crystal malt. Generally, if the malts are listed as 'crystal' malts they are English and if listed as 'caramel' they are US malts.
