Bit confused by how much to use!
Beers smith is saying 10 packets for 10 gallons with no starter (if I say it has 69 billion cells per packet, which the fermentis site says it has -
http://www.fermentis.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/SFB_Abbaye.pdf
), so confused by the information on the same document stating the dosage at 80g/hL which is 7 packets per 100L - translates to 3 packets for 10 gallons. That's Beer Smith saying over 3 times what the manufacturer states....
Where am I going wrong?

Are you setting the date on the packet in BeerSmith?

I did put today's date but that's irrelevant as I manually input the 62 billion cells per packet.
I also noticed that the number of packets without starter doesn't change regardless of how many cells I say the pack has! Odd
