Boli off rate

I know from measurements that my boil off rate is 7% (not ideal but limitation of my stovetop set-up).

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to enter that into Beersmith. I have been through every tab and menu I can find and cannot fins where to edit the boil off rate.

Can anyone help?

Right now I do all my volume calculations outside of Beersmith because of this problem.

In your equipment profile, you will  have a line for boil off (it's entered as a volume).  Enter the volume you would boil off in an hour, make sure the box labeled 'Use boil off as an hourly rate', and BeerSmith will calculate the boil off as a percentage for your recipes.  Save the equipment profile and then update the profile into your recipe.
