Bug in water volume calculation

I've discovered what appears to be a bug in the way water volume is calculated.  You can use the following steps to recreate the problem:
Go to equipment setup and set your equipment to have a boil time of 90 minutes
Go to Tools / Options and select that equipment as your default.
Create a new recipe and note that the boil time in the recipe will default to 60, but the boil volume will be for a 90 minute boil.
Changing the boil time will then correct the volume amount.

  Sounds like an issue with consistency.  Since boil time is stored in more than one place it has to be updated more than once - and in this sequence of events it appears that it is not.

  Here's a simple workaround:
  - Open a blank recipe
  - Set equipment to whatever you want as the default
  - Set boil time to 90 minutes (or as desired)
  - Choose the "Save Recipe as Default" command on the actions menu
  - Cancel the recipe

  Now any new recipe you create will have the correct boil time.

  This one should be easy to fix - will try to roll it into the next patch.
