Rye Classic American Pilsner VIII

B

bo_gator

Here is my Classic American Pilsner recipe that has had some of the German Pilsner malt removed and replaced with rye. The hopping rate is based off of Jamil Z's recipe from the Jamil Show off of the Brewing Network.  This is a very hoppy lager recipe.

I racked this into a keg the other day to let it start to lager. The hydrometer sample was very tasty. It has a bit of the rye spice to it in the middle, and a ton of noble hop aroma and flavor. I am now ready to offically recomend this recipe. ;)

i would've thought that it'd be hard to pick out the rye at such a small %age.

just my two bobs worth

Cheers
