This suggestion has been mentioned at least once before. However I will repeat it again. The fermentation profile labels for each various stage could be editable and selectable when appropriate for the profile. In my opinion the lager profile labels are not correct for the standard lagering fermentation process. There is no dyacital rest stage label at all. It currently is called 'Secondary Time' which could be confusing with transfering to a secondary carboy. Normally you would not transfer to a secondary to do a dyacital rest but do this in the primary. However if you could change the labels per profile that would not be a problem especially when looking at the calendar view. Currently there are four available fermentation profile stages. Another possibilty would be just to add another stage called 'dyacital' rest then make selectable any of the stages for a profile. Any stage that is not selected would be greyed out in the profile view.
