Morning Brewers
After brewing 2 batches on Sunday,  my fermentation fridge stopped working.  I found my beer on Monday night at 27 deg c and immediately moved the fermenters to a normal fridge.
My question is , what effect will the temperature spike have on the beer. Both batches used US-05 yeast and were supposed to ferment at 17 deg c. I estimate they were over 17 deg c for about 15 hours. In the normal fridge they cooled down to 14 deg c by the time I moved them back to the repaired fridge set to 17 deg by Tuesday night.
Both are fermenting happily now.

05 is pretty forgiving.  I think you'll be fine.  The true test is taste.  When done fermenting and racking to secondary or bottling, see if it tastes OK.  I bet it will.
