Ok, I'm a total newbie, and the fact that my native language isn't english also contributes to confusion when reading about brewing, and when using BS2.

Up till now I've been doing batch sparging, which is easy to calcualate in BS2. However, I'm now moving on to fly sparging, or continuous sparging. In case I'm using the wrong term(s), I mean having a HLT with the sparge water and pumping it over the mash tun through a manifold, so that there's a continous run-off into the boiling kettle.

How do I enter, and calculate, this in BS2? I cannot find the term fly sparge og continuous sparging in the mash profiles.

Fly sparge is the default when other method isn't listed.

Look at Single Infusion, Medium Body.

in the Sparge box is should say "Fly sparge with 'x' amount of water at 168.0F"

Just uncheck the Batch Sparge box in the mash profile.
