Customizing fields- Weight/Amount disappeared

I was playing around with which fields were displayed in design view. I removed the field that displayed the weights of the raw materials. Now it is not available to add back. Please help!
 
After thinking this through and trying to duplicate it, I am coming up with: Wait! Wha? How th? Wow.... :eek:

My suggestion is to copy your /Documents/BeerSmith2 folder to a backup directory.
Then reinstall BeerSmith.
Open BeerSmith and enter your activation code.
Close BeerSmith
Copy & Paste your backup of /Documents/BeerSmith2 to that directory.
Open BeerSmith
You should now see a fully working copy, plus all of your recipes & profiles.
