Mash Profile

I'm just getting my head around the beersmith software and have a question about choosing the right mash profile for my equipment.

I use a 32L Thermos cool box with a homemade manifold. I normally fill it with 18L of water and add the grain allowing it to steep for 60 mins and then sparge until I have approximately 33L of wort to boil. My question is: What profile should I enter? Single Infusion, Full Body, Batch Sparge? OR any other. Appreciate the help.

 
What about Single Infusion, Light Body, No Mash out?

The water amounts you set by adjusting other things like water/grain ratio and batch size minus losses.
