I was going through my supplies and I have the following grains; 10# 2 row pale malt, 1# Black Patent, 1# Honey Malt, 1# Crystal malt (40). Plus the following hops; 1 oz Mt Hood, 1 oz Willamette, 1 os Cascade, 1oz Amarillo. I'm thinking I could make a pale ale, but I've already got 2 of these in the Keezer. What would you make with these products?

If that's too much caramel malt, you could increase base malt, and boil longer for the kettle carmelization.

The honey malt is pretty sweet as well.
