As stated I'm new to brewing (this next brew being only my 3rd). I have looked around to see if anyone has much knowledge of utilizing creme de cacao with a stout brew and haven't found much. I plan on following this recipe: http://beersmithrecipes.com/viewrecipe/292992/oat-monster-milk-chocolate-stout and also will be bottling it. If anybody has any tips or pointers it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

That is an ambitious recipe. It will be a challenge to make OG and FG. You will need to use pure oxygen and pitch at the very least 350 billion cells. You need a gallon starter or use 4 vials of yeast. Good luck, it is a very interesting recipie.
