I've had the old BeerSmith for ages and have just decided to upgrade. When I downloaded and activated BeerSmith 2, my old version seems to have deactivated and is now asking for an activation code (which I no longer have, it seems).
The only reason I need access to the old one is to get the years of recipes and notes I've got in there. I tried following the import instructions (http://beersmith.com/importing-your-beersmith-1-4-files-into-beersmith-2/), but when I use the import wizard, nothing happens (literally - I find the old versions folder, select it and nothing happens).
Any suggestions on how I can get my old recipes?
