Converting All Grain to Partial mash / Extract

First time I'm going to try to convert an all grain to partial mash / extract brew. Question is:  should I use all LME or partial LME and DME? It is an IPA with
14 lbs. of 2- row. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

LME or DME. Six of one or half a dozen of the other.

If it were me I'd use DME only because you can weigh the exact amount that you want.
