Any advice for the quantity of hops for dry hopping a 5 gallon batch of real ale? I assume that I only use two lots of hops for bittering and flavour in the boiling wort (Leaving out the third and final batch normally used for aroma because it is replaced by the dry hopping process) Is this correct?

Cheers, Chuck.

I use an ounce for a normal strength beer.

I also still use all the hops for the boil.  Dry hopping does not add bitternes.
